A great DVD with REAL wrestling! These kids go all the way and give it there everything to try and win! The DVD starts with an introduction where the boys introduce themselves in English. Then, it is followed by a fitness and strength competition to see who can do the most push-ups, sit-ups and star-jumps in one minute. The fighter who gets the most gets one point for this part of the DVD.

The second part of the DVD is where the boys wrestle. First it was JC2 Vs. Conley, then it was Conley Vs. Daniel, and then it was Daniel Vs. JC2. The boys wrestle 2, 5 minute rounds. The first 5-minute round we see how long a boy can pin his opponent with the following holds and pins : schoolboy pins, bully pins, grapevine-headscoops and normal straddle holds - all other holds do not score points, but may be used to tire his opponent. After the boys have wrestled 10 minutes we see who has pinned each other for the longest time and that boy is declared the winner. The looser is then tied up, hands behind his back and feet tied together. The boy is also blindfolded. They have only 2 minutes to tie the looser up. Then if the looser can escape from his bonds within 5 minutes he gets a bonus point. The boy who has accumulated the most points in the DVD is declared the overall winner!

The DVD is concluded with a brief interview with each boy in English.
