You have to pin your opponent flat on his back for a 10-count in order to score a point. If Retha and Quintin2 pin Alouise, then both of them get 1 point. However, if Alouise manages to pin either Retha or Quintin2, then Alouise receives 2 points. The person who has the most points at the end of the DVD is the winner. A point is rewarded to the person who gets a submission from his opponent. No chokes or armlocks were allowed in this DVD.
