Eben, who is an experienced green belt judoka, meets Kobus in a very tense submission wrestling DVD. The fighting is hard with lots of pins, chokes and awesome armlocks! The DVD features ten, 5 minute rounds. Each round allows one choke or one armlock. Unlimited pins and scissors are allowed in each round. A near pin (pinning both shoulders on the mat for 5 seconds) scores 1 point, a full pin (pinning both shoulders on the mat for 10 seconds) scores 2 points, and a submission scores 3 points. All restarts are started in a referee's position.
