Refund Policy:

Please note, we DO NOT REFUND the following:

(a) when you have already received your subscription log-on details

(b) when you have already received your DVD or photoset, or when we have already started emailing your photoset

(c) when WE have already received your electronic transfer (bank wire), or when we have cashed your cash, personal check or international money order. This applies for orders for subscriptions, already made DVD's and photosets, as well as for custom made projects.

We will refund the following:

Refunds will only be made on orders for CUSTOM MADE projects, ONLY WHEN we have received your cancellation order (via email), within 7 (seven) days after we have confirmed and scheduled your custom made project. This ONLY applies when you have purchased your custom made project by credit card. We CAN NOT cancel and refund your custom made project once we have cashed your cash, personal check, or when we have already received your electronic transfer (bank wire).
